Q:When do I get my tickets? 
A: Exhibitor passes (tickets) will be provided at check in. Quantities are based on your exhibit space size.


Q: How many tickets do I get? 
A: Exhibitors receive a up to (2) weekend passes per 10-feet of linear display space, (20) passes maximum for a 30 x 100. Exhibitor passes are for booth staff/employees only and are not eligible to be used as general attendee passes.

Q: When do I move in? 
A: Exhibitor check-in and move take place on Wednesday-Thursday for 3-day (National events) and Thursday-Friday for 2-day (Get-Together events). Goodguys exhibitor team will contact you in advance of the event to schedule a move-in day and time.

Q: When does my display have to be set-up? 
A: For 3-day (National events) exhibits must be set and show ready by 5:00 pm on Thursday. For 2-day (Get-Together events) exhibits must be set and show ready by 5:00pm on Friday.

Q: What type of insurance do I have to carry? 
A: Liability Insurance coverage of not less than $1 million dollars and shall provide Goodguys with a certificate of Insurance naming Goodguys Rod & Custom as an additional insured.

Q: How many parking? 
A: (1) per company. If you need additional, please let us know in advance. Some events require payment for additional parking passes.

Q: When do I have to have my stuff out after the event 
A: Move Out must be completed by Sunday at 8pm. If you need additional time, please let us know in advance.

Q: Do you have security?
A: Yes, we have security on-site.
